Yes, there has been a mass exodus of #MedTwitter doctors, nurses and other health professionals to BlueSky in the last 2 to 3 days. I'm glad to see everyone there. Bluesky is a nice place without the trolls and meanness that now plagues Twitter unfortunately.
In regards to the Mayo Clinic study that states so many with Long Covid fit the ME/CFS criteria, I think it is important to clarify what ME/CFS means in this context.
ME/CFS has multiple meanings and more than one criteria. The ME/CFS referred to here is the IOM report. This is an umbrella label that lumps multiple patient groups together. Further screening can help clarify what treatment approach is best and help with prognosis.
